Refund/Shipping/Return Policies

We ship orders within 72 hours of the order. Processing time frame for orders are 24/48 hours. Processed orders ship within 24 hours after the order is processed. Total time frame for the processing and shipping of your order will not exceed 72 hours. 

Please check spam/junk folders for order confirmation.

 

Returns

 

Our policy is 7 days from the date the item was delivered. After 7 days we can not accept the return. 

 

All returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for an exchange all items must be unworn and in resale condition. Items can't have any odors or stains. Items found to be worn or damaged are ineligible for exchange.

 

Items exempt from exchange are swimsuits, bodysuits, leggings and biker shorts. These items are exempt for sanitary reasons. These items are all FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Additional non returnable items are gift cards.

Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. Once approved your credit will be issued for the item. Credits are issued via gift card.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in cases where an error has been made on our behalf.

Customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with their return/exchange. Shipping costs are non refundable.
